+Quick hits: **Telnyx, Flowroute, Twilio**, as presets beside voip.ms with their own setup checklist
+(like 06 §1). The generic trunk misses, for these:
+- Password on calls without registering: `authMode: 'ip'` sends no `outbound_auth` (Twilio's SIP
+  trunks don't register).
+- More than one inbound address per trunk: `identify` only matches the server host; they send from
+  several addresses or ranges.
+- Numbers sent as +1…: caller ID goes through `s.digits`, which drops the `+` (Twilio needs E.164).
