I added the delete option for files and folders. As I stated in the comment on the issue, the "risk" that a file's content gets deleted is already there with the "write" option. Therefore, I see no argument against the implementation.

Design changes in settings

I just wanted to change the design in the captcha section in the settings. It turned out that I made more changes so everything has consistently the same margin, ... No changes to the logic were made.
