  • app/sitemap.ts, app/robots.ts (allows AI crawlers), app/llms.txt route
  • Person + WebSite JSON-LD sitewide; BlogPosting + BreadcrumbList on posts
  • Per-page canonical URLs; rich OG/Twitter/article metadata on blog posts
  • Fix orphaned config.seo.ogImage (/og/default.jpg -> /images/og.png)

Strategy docs in designs/ (gitignored): seo-strategy.md, geo-strategy.md
