List the exact apt packages the build needs, adding unzip, pkg-config and
libzstd-dev and dropping wget. Move libmaxminddb to the packages the script
fetches itself, use a version placeholder in the install steps, add Zstd to
the expected nginx -v output, and note testing on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04.
